Long time, no post
I haven't written in here for quite some time, so I thought I'd stop in and say hello. A good thing as happened to me - I got into Purdue's Philosophy and Literature Ph.D. program with a fellowship! It's called the Lynn Fellowship, and I'm very excited about it. Now I'm just dying to pick out my classes, find out what books we'll be reading, and get to work!
I'm also excited because I get to apartment hunt. I wish the rent was a bit lower - college towns always rip you off. I just want to find some super cheap place sort of near campus. My car probably won't last much longer, and I won't be able to afford a new one, so my bike and my legs will get some work. I plan on spending most of my time on campus anyway, so I'm not looking for anything glamorous.
On another note, Pickler is gone. It was her time, and I'm glad. This is when AI gets really good.
