The bottom half of this list is my attempt at becoming a better English major. Just sayin'.
More books to be added as soon as I get to my bookcase. I also have a goal to read all the books on my shelf that are unread before I buy any more. I have a habit of purchasing books and letting them sit and wait for me to get around to read them, but in the mean time I usually pick up a library book or buy ANOTHER book. Seriously, my impulse purchases are ALL books. Something about walking around the bookstore and finding a new book is like therapy for me. Second only to writing.
I don't want to set a goal only to fail. But I do want to read more this year. All of my re-reads haven't been read in about a year (with the exception of Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close and Pride and Prejudice, and the first 4 Harry Potters).
Fingers crossed!
