Dear Coffee,
You were the absolute best dog I could have asked for. I still remember when I saw you for the first time. I fell in love with you instantly and I did nothing else but stare at your adorable face and scratch those soft ears. For 8 years, you made my life better. Even though you would bark very late at night sometimes and used my fingers as a chew toy, I would not trade any of it for the world. You knew I would get home usually from work by 7 pm and you would always wait for me at the top of the stairs anxiously.
I am grateful for every single second of these 8 wonderful years. Thank you for always being there to keep us all company and all your kisses. Thank you for helping me to take care of Tiffany and watch her grow up. Your time to leave us came just after Christmas. Maybe that was timed so that you could spend your last Christmas with the family. Maybe so timed so that every Christmas, you would always stay so very close to our hearts, like our personal Christmas angel. We all miss you more and more with each day and I would do anything to cuddle with you one more time.
Thank you Coffee, for all the great years of life. You gave us so much happiness and joy. Thank you for all the love you gave. You will always be with us, in our hearts and thoughts. Our journey ends here, but your adorable face and gentle spirit will live on and on through our paw printed memories. I hope to see you at the rainbow bridge!
