Sorry it has been a long time since I have posted things have been pretty hectic. This weekend so pretty rad. Went to Gainesville on Friday to see Dave Matthews play with Ben Harper and the Jurassic 5 for the whole vote for Kerry campaign. The show was awesome mostly because the Jurassic 5 are soooooo good live, their dj's are amazing. Also Ben Harper is pretty darn cool live, he has a really nice set. Dave Matthews was good but not as good as I have seen him before, but we had awesome seats which were right by the stage so that cool. Gainesville is pretty weird town, I have been there many times just not recently and it seems to have gotten stranger just not in a good way. I end up spending the night in Gainesville at my friend Rick's friend Phil's aparment and the next day we go out to lunch with his friend Jeff Light. We are just sitting there eating our food talking about comics and our friend Dave who is turning into your typical comic book guy when Jeff Light decides to talk about recognizing people based on their type. Now I don't have a problem with Jeff Light untill he proceeds to say " Yeah I can recognize Charlie cause I see his type all the time" and I am like "What type is that". He than proceeds to say " You know, you dress kinda indie rocker with that Weezer vibe thing and stuff " The way he said and such there was no way to take this as anything but an insult so of course I had to say " I feel the same way about you and your Backstreet Boy, metro sexual, I wear mirrored shades cause I think Top Gun is the greatest movie of all time cause it had more shower scenes than any other movie type". Needless to say I was kinda mad. Anyway so on the ride home we got lost a bit because Rick is not the best navigator by a long shot, he consitantly needs a Farnsworth Bentley by his side. So once we get back on track I find out that they are showing a preview of Team America which I really wanted to see since I love South Park. Luckily I got some tickets and I must say that movie is soooo awesome and funny. I don't know how those guys get away with what they get away with. I just don't understand how they got the money for it. You must all do yourself a favor and see the movie, you will love it especially the puppets having sex. Well now I must decide if I really wanna see the Pixies tonight since I am pretty tired. We shall see, we shall see.
