Horrible, horrible day
Well, I just got a phone call from my boss letting me know that they are letting me go. I do data entry for a commissary across the state. The office faxes me the orders and I enter them. Well for the last month, one of the counties is missing about 10-15 orders a week and just put my boss on notice if he can't fix it then they are going to eliminate the contract because of the screw ups. So he decided to stop faxing the orders, even though the problem lies in the office where this one stupid woman can't seem to watch the fax machine to see if the papers go through! I've worked for them for over 2 1/2 years without any problems until he hired her. And I'm the one who gets fired?! WTF?! So, now I own a fax machine I don't need, I messed up royally at my other job and may have to pay them money if they can't find the guy whose credit card I messed up on-but now I don't have hardly any money coming in to pay off the screw up!! I think I am just going to go to bed and cry for a while.
