A Proper Post!

I forgot to post my swank xmas loot. Some highlights...

That's:
- A dress and necklace from Urban Outfitters
- Fuck sticky notes
- A new pair of Toms
- A giant ring from Forever 21 in between the Toms
- Earrings shaped like apples
- Eeeee eee eeee by Tao Lin from gumwrapper
- Urban Decay Book of Shadows palette, which I am super excited about
- Harakuju Lovers heels, which are picnic themed and have tiny plastic ants crawling up the wicker heel :3
- Victoria's Secret stuff
- A hideous zebra print case for my iPhone, which reminds me a little of Lisa Frank

I also got a lot of cool clothing, some 10lb weights so I can continue my work-out endeavors NOT at 9am, a Wicked calendar, and a new set of sheets for my room at school! They're a lot softer than the cheap ones I have now.

Furthermore! purplestocking, grau_seele, cityinyourblood, keepitallgoing, akai_kasa, opti_missed, zelda_dragon, and bluffinmuffin, I got you all belated Christmas gifts! Don't feel pressured to buy me anything. They were all under $5 and if you're hellbent on giving back, you can always get me junk food at Mollie's sometime. :D

Aaaaaand as for my grades, they were about as I expected. I got an A in Fiction Writing, A- in Creative Writing (I so deserved a B), a B+ in Spanish (THANK GOD), and a C+ in Astronomy. I'm a little torn over the C+. On the one hand, I was expecting a C and instead got a C PLUS! On the other, this is the first C I've gotten in college, and I'm sort of disappointed in myself. I really let depression and anxiety eat at me during the end of the semester, which I know brought me down academically and socially. But after a break I'm feeling better, and I think I'll be relatively back to normal. Anyway, my GPA is still a 3.26, and I'm happy for that. It's still good, in general and in regard to my scholarship, and I have a semester to up it before grad school applications are due. I'll be busting my ass next semester, but I'm only taking one extra class so that I can concentrate on my academic classes.
