Trudy Update
Trudy seems to be hit and miss in terms of feeling well. When I get home from running errands or even get out of bed, she comes out to see me and seems really excited. Apart from that, though, she doesn't leave her bed, except to occasionally move to the bath tub. She's hardly eating anything, and she acts like she's still in pain. She's also acting very weird, doing things I've never seen her do before; last night, Mom was watering the garden, and Trudy came out, pulled up a few clumps of wet ivy, and proceeded to lay down in the mud and wet leaves. The temperature was only in the low '70's yesterday, so she couldn't have been hot... Other weird things as well, but I won't list them all here.
Mom called the vet and they're going to give her more pain meds and antibiotics, and hope that works. If she's still not doing well on Monday, we'll bring her back in, but they will need to sedate her, which we would all like to avoid if possible.
