cheesy hash brown potatoes
i went ahead & put the recipes in my journal
these are super easy..for people who can't cook..lol
i'm also putting the baked oatmeal in..so good
in a 9 x 12 pan combine:
1/2 cup of butter
2 lbs frozen hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup & water
1 pint sour cream
1/2 cup dried onion ( i use less)
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 cup corn flakes for the topping
dot with butter on top of corn flakes
bake 45-50 min until all bubbly at 350
