I'm an OLD FART
Hello folks! lol. So yesterday was my birthday! YAY! Except I am now 20 years old. Holy crap I'm getting old. It's almost scary. Thank you all for your facebook messages and IMs....and thanks to Beth for calling! Sorry I didn't get to answer hun. I didn't have enough minutes to answer lol. It was sad to be away from home for my birthday again. I haven't gotten to spend my birthday with my family for my past two bdays. =(
It was an awesome day though. Josh's mom got me a bootleg coach purse...lol. My parents gave me money and I guess I'm getting something when I get home, and Josh took me on a shopping spree. We went to the Mall of America. We ate at Bubba Gump's Shrimp (YUM!) and shopped around the mall for hours. He gave me $100 to spend! Crazy ass lol. I got a Minnesota Gophers hockey sweatshirt, a new pair of jeans, some undies from Victoria's Secret, and I'm ordering adidas sandals off the internet. They are like dark grey with fushia stripes. I'm excited for those. Overall it was a great day, except I wish my family was here!
On the job front, I quit yet another job. I know, I know, that's embarrassing. But it looks like I'm getting a FULL TIME BANK JOB!!!! I'm not sure if I got it yet, but I'm hoping I do. I just couldn't stand Borders. They made me take all these crappy shifts and work NON STOP for shitty pay because they didn't have anyone else to work. Everyday I had to get asked to come in early or to stay late. I thought that was crap and just decided to leave anyway. Hopefully I get this bank job or I'm screwed!
On other fronts, if I don't get that bank job, it looks like I'll probably move home. I've said this in like all my entries. I just miss home so much. I hate never getting to see my family. And this will basically be the last time I'll be able to live at home. After that, I'll be 21 and it's time to go. I would be even happier if we could just move back to the Milwaukee area, me and josh that is. But of course, that would take him away from his family, which is why we had to move back here anyway. Man why isn't he from Wisconsin?? Oh well, we'll see what happens. If I get this bank job, we'll be here for sure. I guess ya gotta leave home sometime. I'll keep ya posted on what happens.
