10 reasons you should watch chuck. Spoiler free.
1. you ain't seen nothing like it
You may think you have because there are a lot of good shows with combinations of genres, but this one is completely different. Every single genre is important and it's pretty much impossible to choose one over the rest. It's really such a special and unique show.

2. the cast
For starters, we've got Zachary Levi (he's a whole other reason on his own), Adam Baldwin, who is such a great actor and can do anything regardless of his badass looks and Yvonne Strahovski, just look at her, and she's talented too. The rest of the cast is just as good, and they all come together as an expectacular ensemble. The relationships bettween the characters and amazing, everyone's got chemistry with everyone. TRULY AWESOME PEOPLE. And just to name a few guests stars: Rachel Bilson, Armand Assante, Nicole Richie, Angie Harmon, John Larroquette, Jordana Brewster, Chevy Chase, Kristin Kreuk, Scott Bakula, Robert Patrick, Tony Sirico...
Emmet: Who represents the BuyMore ideal? Who makes the trains run on time? Who provides your moral compass? Who holds the team together?

3. zachary levi will forever own you
You know how you always say that no one else could have played an specific role? Of course you can never imagine someone else but the truth is you'll never know. Well I know, I AM CERTAIN that there's no other Chuck that Zachary Levi. He is the heart and soul of this show and he's a damn good actor and apparently one hell of a guy in real life too. Plus, he's got like a billion facial expressions.
Chuck: If I had a blog this would be a really big day for me. Do my laundry? Check. Save my sister's life? Check. Save my own life?... Final entry.
4. chuck and sarah define otp
The chemistry pop out off my screen right into my fangirly shipper heart, and everyone else's actually. Hell, even my dad is obsessed with Chuck and Sarah! I KIDD YOU NOT. Every feeling that these two experience the audience experiences it too. ONE TRUE PAIRING INDEED.
Jack: I read people, that's the only real talent I've got. One thing I know, that kid would never betray you. I made a ten million dollar bid that he loved you, turns out I was right.
5. bromance and team bartowski
True bffs that will do anything for each other, and an unlikely team that even though won't admitt it love each other both on and off the field.
Chuck [to Sarah]: Morgan is more than just my best friend, he's my family. Before you got here, and long after you've gone, Morgan is my family.
Casey: Walker, she's a pro. Not only that, she's the best damn partner I've ever had.
6. you will laugh until you choke on your own saliva
That actually happened. To several people. Several times. Honesly, I've never laughed so hard watching tv in my entire life. And the great thing is there are different types of humor within the show, so even in this case there's something for every taste.
Chuck: What?! You give me crap about lighting some candles and you come in wearing that?!
Sarah: What, this? This is part of my cover!
Chuck: Well it doesn't cover a thing.
Sarah: And what if Ellie or Awesome were to walk in? This is exactly what a girlfriend would wear to seduce her boyfriend. I am just being professional.
Chuck: Yeah... the world's oldest profession...
7. it kicks ass
Very very cool action sequences. Stunt cordinator, Merritt Yohnka won two Emmys for two of the greatest action scenes on the show. You really have to see because still pictures obviously can't show this. Non spoilery short video below.

8. it breaks your heart
The sad scenes just take your breath away and it's just a delight to get your heart broken like that. The acting in this is A+++++ Major kudos to Yvonne Strahovski btw.
Sarah: Someday when the Intersect is out of your head and you have the life that you always wanted, you'll forget all about me.
Chuck: I seriously doubt that.
9. best music on a tv show. ever. not even kidding.
I've discovered pretty much all the music I listen to trough tv shows, because that amazing music lead to more amazing music. Chuck has the most amazing music of all, and it
is matched with the scenes so perfectly, SO SO PERFECTLY. The soundtrack includes Bon Iver, Frightened Rabbit, The Fratellis, The Kooks, Phantom Planet, The Shins among other awesomeness.

10. contrast
The esence of the show, Chuck Bartowski is a nerd that never finished college and works at a BuyMore for $11 an hour suddenly he's working for the CIA and NSA as a daily accidental hero. Of course he can't tell his friends or family so we've got Chuck the loser and Chuck the spy and seeing those worlds colliding and how each of them affects the other is fantastic. The contrast is one of the main things make this show unique and loveable.
Colt: Who are you?
Chuck: Chuck...
Colt: Ok. Now, tell me everything, Chuck.
Chuck [voiceover]: There is no way he's gonna believe me. And I don't blame him. I mean, who would believe that the government put all their secrets into one super computer, the Intersect and all those secrets got downloaded into my brain (...)
Chuck: The thing is, I kinda sorta work for the CIA and the NSA in my off hours when I'm not working at the store. This is kinda like a second job for me and though I don't look at being lanky of build you should know that I am probably the most important intelligence asset... in the world.
Chuck season 3 premiers January 10th 9/8c on NBC with two back to back episodes. Monday January 11th another episode at 8/7c to stay in that time slot for the rest of the season.
I suggest watching the first two seasons before, you'll probably watch it in like two weeks anyway cause Chuck it's like drugs lol
