Boredom
I'm sick of doing my homework, but don't feel like going to bed yet, so I decided to update.
Not too much that's new. I skipped church today (on Easter sunday). I was kinda depressed last night and this morning so I just didn't feel like going.
I had my family's get together on Saturday. We first went to Camp Snoopy with my aunt and uncle and cousins, and we went on the new roller coaster. It was pretty fun, except my poor mother who got talked into going on it against her will hated it. I've never seen her more frightened after going on a ride. I also went on the Mighty Axe for the first time, after my aunt assured me that there is no up and down dropping sensation. It was fine, there wasn't that much of a moving sensation and it was kind of creepy being slowly tipped upside down 3 stories in the air when the only thing holding you in is that harness. The verdict: I'd go on both of them again.
At the get-together we watched a video my aunt had from my great grandpa's birthday party. It was funny seeing all the 80's style hair and clothes. I was 3 years old when the video was made, so everyone was raving (now, in present day) about how cute I looked in that video. HOW OLD AM I???? Sometimes I feel like I'll NEVER outgrow age three... *sigh* Part of why it was weird was because if everyone was raving about another kid that age now, I would not be participating, because I have no kid skills whatsoever...and that kid was ME.
Otherwise, the theme of the last 3 days has been homework. I have a big project due in 23 hours, and another one due Tuesday morning. Both are getting pretty close to done, so I'm happy about that. Looking forward to the death of homework.
