This too shall pass... and possibly sooner than we think.
Okay, I don't get it.
I had a wonderful job with Gene's Books... He shut down because he didn't want to split profit from it with his wife because she was thinking about divorce.
I had a livable job with John Deere Landscapes... They downsized and shut the branch down.
I had a survival job at Dunkin Donuts that I actually enjoyed... The company essentially pulled the rug out from under my boss, so he won't be their franchisee on the 28TH.
Darrah used to work at both The Wall and Sam Goody, those both went out of business in the last year.
It looks like the Vale Rio is gonna be replaced by a CVS in the next year.
And of course, my wife ran off with another man...
So much for fond memeories.
And what about my highest values?
Honesty, Loyalty, Love, Truth, Goodness, Beauty?
Are these just as imaginary?
