We went cycling on the beach on Saturday, and it was beautiful! My legs were aching a fair bit the next day, sand can be unforgiving to cycle on.
As for the above photo I am very pleased with myself because the foreground is in focus, background out of focus, which is fairly advanced user with a digital camera (which would rather have everything in focus!)
We are thinking about going to Bournemouth for a few days during half term, Matt wants to take me to some of the old cycle haunts he used to frequent (and do a reke for a trip with the boys for uber hard cycling.) We shall enjoy a fine British B&B and check out the Imax and aquarium no doubt.
That in mind I am trying to get fit. Going to go for a swim in a mo...
