#TwitterNews: Best way to deal with #MikeBroemmel is to block him

Dec 28, 2015 07:02

While the man continues to slander me, as he cannot deal with his cyberstalking of women online being made public knowledge, he further exposes himself to an easy counter. He can't provide proof of the lies he makes towards me because in order to do so he'd have to know who I am, and he doesn't. So he lies, but in the manner he does so makes it easy to identify him as he spams his slander across multiple accounts, just as he spams everything else of his.

Like his ubercodes.

Only his own accounts spam his ubercodes repeatedly, multiple times a day, which makes it easy to find those accounts and block them.

In the time I've been aware of him I've identified 3 of his ubercodes: mikeb3107, ubermikeb3107, ubertheatrix; in order of usage.

The same accounts he uses to harass those he targets he also uses to spam those codes, so it's simply a matter of blocking all of them to avoid future difficulties.

Pick a code, enter it into TwitterSearch.

Simply click the 3 dots and select Block.

I recommend skimming back several weeks, possibly a month or two if you have the patience to skim through the hundreds of accounts he does this on. Blocked accounts will stop showing up in your TwitterSearch results after 24 hours, even though they will be out of your mentions immediately. It may be necessary to do followup searches for any new accounts he makes or ones you may've missed previously.

Hopefully he won't be making any new accounts anytime soon. To deal with trolls like him, Twitter instituted better identifiers into the login process for new accounts, meaning he can't help but reveal it's him every time he creates a new one.

Even this may not stop him, as the man is a degenerate criminal.

This is what showing proof of guilt looks like, by the way.
