Yay, My Day (Like You Care)

my dad randomly drove me to school. I am not sure why. Like, he always tucks me in at night, and last night he did not come for a while and I thought he forgot about me because he was watching 24 with mah mummy but then he came when I was all almost asleep and he was like, "oh, by the way, i'm gonna bring you to school tomorrow, okay?" and i was like, [all sleepely and totally out of it] "yay... okay... thanks..."

so yeah. I mean, I totally really appreciate it, because that means that I can sleep for fifty minutes longer than when i have to take the bus, and that i can eat my all of my breakfast and eat it slowly enough so that i can actually taste it (i know, total luxary, right?). And it means that I can be less stressed in the morning and that i can actually tie my shoes in the house and that I can have time to fill up my water bottle and bring it to school. And it means that I do not have to arrive at school at least FOURTY MINUTES BEFORE SCHOOL STARTS! because no one is at school then. and the library is not even open, so i have to sit outside on the cold, hard werid benches that lool like side ways capital "i"s that make my butt very cold.

and yeah. my getting driven to school makes me very happy, in case you did not notice :D. but i still do not get why he decided to drive me to school this morning... oh well.

and then my sister picked me up from school. and we went to target, and I wanted the new Sugarcult CD that comes out today, but they did not have it. And my sister wanted the Ima Robot CD, but they did not have that either. But they did have the latest Red Hot Chilli Peppers CD, "Stadium Arcadium" which has two discs, 28 songs total, inculding "Dani California", on sale for only 8.95 (instead of the regular 18.95 price). So my sister and i split it. it made me happy. that was when my sister got the call from the dude telling her they wanted her in the Head Automatica music video, and she wrote the number on my hand, because she did not have paper.

then we went to the borders that had SBS. and i took my homework along, planning to do it as I sipped coffee, but on my way to the cafe part, i passed by the book "Frindle" on a shelf, and I was like, "dude, i remember that book. I think i liked it." so i picked it up to read the first sentice. i mean first paragraph. i mean first page. i mean first chaper. okay, i just ended up reading the whole thing and not doing my homework. but it is just such a cute book. i kind of love it. i was tempted to buy it (even though it is a kids book with huge font), but I did not.

I love kids books because they do not worry with writing it in a really "good" (aka compicated and hard to understand) style, and teiing you a whole bunch of stuff about people and human nature and all that other stuff you do not care about. they just want to tell a good story.

so yeah. i had fun reading that. i like SBC, because i usually get a drip coffee, and ask for some chocolate, but they do not even make me pay extra for that, because they are nice. it still took me a while to read, because i am a freakishly slow reader and i kept on getting inturupted by my curiosity of watching people (not in a creepy way). but yeah. good times.

and i actually got my math homework (after i finally got around to doing it), for once. not a single question. yay.
