Photos: Zines + Kitty.
I'd been waiting and waiting for this humongous zine order I placed with Microcosm to arrive, and there it sat on my doorstep, waiting for me when I got home today. It was so heavy and I've only extracted one of them to read. I'm not gonna bust the lot of them out in a gluttonous fashion. I'm going to be dainty and read them one by one.

Wow! It's all zines! Plus one book. I got so tired of ordering two or three pissy little zines at a time and then getting disappointed by half of them, so I decided to blow a load on some instead. The postal charge alone was criminal, but that's what you get living on the other side of the planet. It's not Microcosm's fault.
Here are a couple of grab shots of little miss Elsie too. Is it really Tuesday? Has she really been here for 3 nights already?
B said she looks like Garfield, but that's a nonsense and I know she's just jealous 'cos she wishes she had ginger hair herself. Y'know something? If you look at Kenji next to Elsie, you realise he's a little bit ginger his own self. Just on the much paler side. I'd always thought of him as a strawberry blonde. Oh well, at least no one here understands the term 'ginga minga'.
By the way, thanks heaps for all the support youse all DID give me re my mystery post yesterday. You're champions and I was really grateful. I was also amused just about all of you dissed the Donatella/Iggy pic. I think it's awesome! And even though Iggy's neck is almost as wide as his head, he carries it off so much better than Henry Rollins does with the same affliction. Please don't think ill of Donatella. Remember, as I do, that she once remarked that downlighting is unflattering because it enhances the moustache of a woman. I've never forgotten that. I think she's really profound.
The big, freaky day is tomorrow. I feel kinda sick. I'll write again soon. Maybe imminently - who knows?
