Instead of melting outside, I've been watching teevee with the windows open and the smell of next doors barbecue wafting through. Mmmmm.
So. Westerns. They're getting to me again! I watched The Missing, and 3:10 to Yuma, both of which I had never seen before and I, um, really enjoyed them. I decided to add them to my wishlist along with Appaloosa (Viggo!) which I wanted to see a while ago and forgot all about. I have no idea if it's any good either, but I'll take my chances.
Went to see Robin Hood yesterday because I got the times wrong for IM2*. I wasn't expecting much out of it, but holy crap! Horses and battles and MAN PAIN (erm, quite literally for some poor souls /o\). Oh my! Slightly wrong like a lot of these big budget portrayals tend to be, but good fun all the same. :D
Oh dear. That is a lot of Russell Crowe for me to take in 24 hours... *eyes self warily* *googles pics* Ahem.
Right, I need to go lie in a cool bath or something. It is SWELTERING in here.
