five years and easter stuff
In the mail on friday I got an envelope with no return address. Inside was a card with the "you make a difference" slogan on it. I knew immediatly that it was from work. I opened it up and it said congradulations on your five years etc. and it had a 10 dollar gift card to borders. I can't believe it's been 5 years already.
So I went to borders today and got Adrianna a bunch of books. 2 Little Einstein books, a tinker bell book, and "little witch learns to read." Grand total was 18 bucks and some odd cents. With the gift card it was only 8 bucks and some odd cents. 18 bucks for 4 little papperback books? gesh. Also I just aimlessly wandered through stores checking out stuff and I see that the Easter dresses are being put out. In other stores ie toys r us the already made easter baskets are being sold ( you know those rediculously tall baskets filled with toys and pretend play stuff) I sorta got excited inside cause all of this easter stuff means spring is around the corner...and so will the warm weather...hopefully.
