pancakes wonderland

T'was a really nice weekend visiting with the folks this weekend. Saturday we went to the pancake festival at ohiopyle. The weather was fantastic..it's usually really cold there this time round. Last year I remember we all had our heavy winter coats on...this year it was beautiful. So we pigged out on pancakes etc and once we were done we watched the waterfall. Adrianna was really into it this year she loved watching the water. Then after that we went to the woodland zoo that is out in that area. It's a really nice little zoo but we saw lots of animals!. We saw tiggers (both the white and the orange stripped) a leapord, panther, donkey, etc. even a kyote - that was awesome cause I never saw one before other than the cartoon that always chased the roadrunner. Adrianna had a blast of course...there was a particular part where she coulda fed/pet animals at the zoo but didn't want any part of that program cause it was "stinky"
Also for the weekend I loved that dad had made candy apples...they were soooo good. Today (sunday) he made my other favorite meal (first favorite being anything pasta related) - corned beef with potatoes, carrots, cabbage...soooo good.
Also during the weekend J showed me a cartoon called Avitar the last air bender. I really like it. I'm looking forward to seeing more episodes when I head down there next time.
