With every day that passes, the Crogs continue to test my patience. Their leader insists that reestablishing their old colonies outside the Holy City of Dol will strengthen our ties, but I am not so naive to believe such a brazen lie. If they so much as tear down a single tree, I shall not make the same mistake my father did. They will be driven off of Nourasia, by whatever means necessary. If it requires that force is needed to do so, as much as it pains me to say, so be it. I will not stand for such treachery so long as I am king.
((As a result of the "Turn Left" event, the formerly improving situation between Nourasia and Kramm due to Jordan introducing a couple of the more agreeable Crogs to help rebuild and make reparations for all the bad shit they pulled during the Great Race of Oban never happened and it's really tense there. This in turn has made Aikka a lot more stressed and quick to snap, for which he will apologize. Also, since Ten wasn't around for saving Jordan from Canaletto's lair and the massive fight with Canaletto at Jordan and Eva's wedding, Aikka did get much more prominently involved... and paid the price with about 1/5th of his left ear and a finger. He's also gained a number of stress lines on his face, looks older, and is about as battle-hardened as his fencing master, Canaan.))
