It Is Done
Grandma died at 4:30pm Indy time. Dad called me at 4:30pm our time to tell me. There will be a gathering in the morning to discuss funeral arrangements, and Dad will call me by 8am or GMT to tell me what's going on.
Sean and I will reset our travel dates accordingly and we'll be in Indy within a couple of days.
I have much more to say on the subject but I can't right now. I'm home alone with Kiara and can't lose it until after Sean gets home. I've already started to numb out. Except for a trick spot on my back, even my body feels a little numb.
But I digress.
She went peacefully and painlessly.
