Saturday
Dad and I were invited to have dinner with someone on Saturday. I'm going to dinner to meet my dad's girlfriend. Believe it or not, I'm kinda nervous. Dad likes her, he sent a flower to her work the other day and they've been on one date. But I don't want to screw this up for Dad. This is like the second or third date he's been on since Mom and Dad got divorced and Dad deserves to be happy. I don't want to do anything to mess that up. I mean, if this chick likes Dad as much as he likes her, well... yeah. I just hope I don't embarras(sp?) myself or Dad.
