yesterday as i was walking home frome emily's it was almost raining. almost but not quite. The air was heavy and the sky was pink. and at that moment i felt like i could see all the possibilities laying out before me. raining, not raining. playing in puddles, singing, or dancing in the rain. just going home, running into someone and having a good conversation, and further than that. future relationships, grad school, life, jobs, houses, people i will eventually meet. any of these things can happen, or none of them

I am on the edge, the precipice. I am in this liminal state in my life were i am almost but not quite, and you know what, i like it.
