Epidurals Suck!
My birthday was on Saturday and that was certainly an experience. The only thing that had kept me sane was being with Justin, Kristen, and her boyfriend Matt. There was this one kid that made the entire night/day a living hell because he couldn't get his little way. Nonetheless, I had become wasted beyond belief, I had way too many red-headed sluts.
Today I had my first of three epidural shots. I was sedated and my body was pretty much screwed up for the majority of the day. I was supposed to go into work tomorrow and the nurses had previously told me during my last appointment that going to work the following day wouldn't be a problem. However, when I had woken up the nurse and doctor who had administered the epidural told me that I should rest for up to 48 hours. Then I said that I was scheduled for work and they gave me a medical note for missing tomorrow. My dad had to go into BJ's to give the note because I was still somewhat sedated and nauseous while in the truck. I also couldn't walk due to my legs being numb from the shot. I have been in bed for the majority of the day and my body just doesn't seem to be adjusting too well due to the shots and my still being sick. I don't think that I am ever going to get well.
