Less than 3 hours ago Hillary R. Clinton delivered a speech at the Democratic National Convention and for those who watched it, im sure you were moved. But the one thing that i am ashamed to say about my friends is that NONE OF YOU mentioned one bit about it. You would rather post stupid, insignificant bulletins about your pictures or some stupid survery that we all know about you anyway.

I doubt that more than 75% of my friends will be at the voting booths come Novemeber. If I was a citizen, I'd be first in line. Unfortunately, I am a resident and I will not be able to vote for a president or primary until August of 2009. But to those that 'dont care for politics' and think that 'all politicians are liars and theifs'... i dont want to hear any bitchin about 'how the economy sucks' and 'how gas prices are so high.'

You had a chance to let your voice be heard but you didn't. For whatever reason, You didn't take upon your American right to vote-- the right fought for for so long (especially for women). In 2008, I will be trying to get all my friends to register to vote-- for WHOEVER you choose-- even if it's not my choice. And If you are one of the people that are out there that 'dont vote'.... i don't care to hear your bitching about anything that involves the government. There are people out there like me and most of my family that would kill to vote... and you take it for granted. Good job.
