The Phantom Ranger came to Earth from Eltare, Zordon's home planet, to help the Rangers. He brought with him Artillatron, the Turbo Transport, and gave the Rangers new Rescue Zords after they lost the Turbo Zords. Phantom Ranger has the power to turn invisible, and his identity was never revealed. He later returned to help the Space Rangers search for Zordon, by giving them the Delta Megazord.
