XD Seta had a Kramer moment *plays Seinfeld theme*
Having two main characters on the same page made me work extra hard on this one. I feel like the story is actually progressing now... again XD. Since this is the first time she speaks, I tried to make Luna's personality pretty clear in those first couple of bubbles. She's a slight introvert who dislikes the country's ridiculous laws, lol.
Strangely enough, I'm having an easier time drawing Luna than Ten... and Seta exists somewhere in the middle of that scale XD.
