No page this week :(
The next bunch of pages (5 or so) are going to be a montage of scenes, no dialogue. So, I need to get them all roughed out in some form so I can piece them together properly/coherently. Never done anything like that, so I need to be careful about it.
In the meantime, some stuff:
After getting a character design done for Aislin I couldn't resist putting her on a page. So here's a mock-up of something in the future (and yet also in the past :B).
Gun has issues with scarred ladies.
As you can see, Aislin is a pirate... a captain to be precise. She has a large influence and standing amongst the seafaring scoundrels of Everblue. She's based a little bit on the historical figure Anne Bonny.
If you're wondering about what's going on with Gun here, I can't really comment on it. All I'll say is that he's around 22 here and it's not exactly his highest point in life.
Here's a sketch of an island that has a giant tree at the center. It's one of the few islands that has a large earthy foundation. This is the kind of island that would normally be secured as a Garden by the Kingdom, but it's kind of a special case.
Lastly, I've finally started on the companion images for that Everblue Promo thing I did a while back (which I'll be redoing to look more in line with this one).
