A Multi-Track Mind
Couple of big mentions on this page. "The Everblue" is what the people call the area beyond the borders of the known islands/cities -- several people have tried sailing out into it, some never returned and others came back, distraught, claiming it went on forever. The Kingdom and related islands take up an area that runs in a line from the north to south pole, everything else to the east and west is considered to be endless water. Also mentioned were the "Traveler's Relics" ... which are important :B
XD I realized I've neglected to do a post explaining where things like paper and wood come from. Thanks goes to alexds1 for asking questions :B. I really appreciate it when people ask about the story and things that might not be clear -- it really helps put things in perspective for me and it gives me ideas about what I can post later as extras. Anyway, their paper is made from a fast growing bamboo-like plant seen here:
Scattered about the kingdom are several large islands called "Gardens" where natural resources are grown and harvested. This includes everything from wood for boats to fruits and vegetables. The Gardens are considered to be holy ground, so no ordinary citizen has ever set foot on them. They are guarded well by high walls and elite soldiers.
Here's something from a possible short chapter I want to do later (much later XD):
It's about an old acquaintance of Ten's who causes all kinds of trouble by manipulating people. Basically it's filler, but I want it to give some insight into Ten and Luna's personalities and how the two might deal with gray area characters such as this. Hehe, I'm probably getting too far ahead of the story (they haven't even built the boat yet :P), but sometimes it's fun to think ahead and imagine stuff happening later on. Unfortunately, Vol 1 is full of planned chapters already, so this story, if it ever happens, would be pushed into Vol 2 XD.
