Updatin' Time
It's been a little while, so let's see...
This weekend was very interesting. Camille surprised us by coming home Friday night. She called us from the porch and asked us to open the door. You can imagine my parents' faces. hehe
On Saturday I went to the Whitney Museum of Modern Art. Jen, Craig, Jim, Matt and his Ethiopian friend (I forgot her name, but she was very nice girl) came along. It was great once we got there. Jen, Craig and I went in together on the train without getting lost, but walking from 72nd street to Madison took longer than we thought. Central Park kind of got in the way. Anyway, once we were there, I had a really nice time. It's good to feel like you're getting some culture. I want to plan a bunch more city things; so far I'm thinking: Wax museum, Central Park (in the spring/summer), another museum, a Broadway play. I'm sure there's a bunch more to do; I'll have to add to the list as I think of them. It's tough getting a large group of people together to do anything. Anyway, it was a pretty nice weekend and, as usual, I'm sorry it ended and that I'm now sitting at my desk at work. :-P
