Spring Break Day 1 + Wedding Pics

Josh and I had a very productive Spring Break Day 1:

1. We officially changed my name to Sarah Elizabeth Sebren. :) When I was younger, I never thought I would get married, much less at the young age of 21. I have always felt like an independent person, and I still believe I am. I figured I would roll through life and if I was lucky enough I would eventually meet "the one." I never thought about changing my name before - I was born a Hupy and I'd die a Hupy. But then I read this verse in Ephesians chapter 5:
"22Wives, submit to your husbands as to the Lord. 23For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church, his body, of which he is the Savior. 24Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit to their husbands in everything.
25Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her 26to make her holy, cleansing[a] her by the washing with water through the word, 27and to present her to himself as a radiant church, without stain or wrinkle or any other blemish, but holy and blameless. 28In this same way, husbands ought to love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself. 29After all, no one ever hated his own body, but he feeds and cares for it, just as Christ does the church- 30for we are members of his body. 31"For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh."[b] 32This is a profound mystery-but I am talking about Christ and the church. 33However, each one of you also must love his wife as he loves himself, and the wife must respect her husband."

My husband is the leader in our household (as every husband should be) and I couldn't think of a better way to show him the respect he deserves than to give up my old name and take his. I'm rather fond of it. :) Anyhow, that's my shpeal on it name changes.

2. Then we got a joint account at Bank of America. We applied for a credit card too. Building credit is great. Maybe we can get a house one day! One day being next Spring...

3. Found a storage place in Lake Jackson. Climate controlled. One month free. Need I say more?

4. Got our apartment set up to move into June 1st. It's not as nice as the ones we are in now, but we upgraded to a 2 bedroom. There's plenty of space for friends/family/whoever to stay when the visit of course... we are only 20 minutes from surf-side beach! It's very close to Josh's office and right next to a pond and park area with some great swings. :)
