Is liver and onions. No joke. It hasn't stopped my usual winter grumpiness from kicking in, but boy, does that stuff make me feel awake. It just clears out the brain fog like nobody's business. And it's cheap as hell because no one wants to eat it - like $2-3 per pound at the farmer's market. Now I just need to find a way to make it more palatable.
