Teh Epic Time
So the bulk of Non Con was kinda slow, but I liked the relaxed atmosphere. On Friday I got to talk to my fave group o' poeple: Whovians and Whobies. XD I got to talk for a whole hour about Doctor Who and it was awesome. *sigh* For my 30th birthday I want to go to the Doctor Who convention in England. A year and a half should be plenty of time to save up, right? There wasn't much else going on Friday so we left early. Saturday was the bulk of events, including an inundation of obnoxious Homestuck people. They may have been more rude and messy than the Narutards in previous years. I don't know. Fandoms have become about being loud and overwhelming.
Speaking of fandoms, the Fandom Death Match was great, as always. That moderator does a really great job. I think his name is Nick. I had to give him a hug cuz he was doing such a good job and had to deal with a surprise attack from a small mortal kombat attack in the hall. It was so loud security was called. When I saw the video later the guard had an epic 'stache. ^_^
There really wasn't much more we did, except visit the rave around 10pm. We were the first ones on the dance floor (only because no one else had come down yet and we felt more comfortable starting something with few watching eyes) and left after maybe 15 minutes cuz we're old. =P
