rollercoaster lazy day...
*quick post from the 15 minute free standing-internet-post at the hotel...:)
Ryan and I are in seattle and its drizzling rain just lovely and we just ate 6 dollar thai food (the BEST 6 dollar thai food EVER!) at this hole in the wall place in pioneer square that had wallpaper designed to look like a wall of rocks...and we saw a jellyfish today (a real live JELLYFISH!) at the pier, it looked like an egg, with this translucent yolk and white tentacles, just below the surface and its was so beautiful we watched it for 10 minutes....and we saw voltaire last night which was awesome -except his song about starwars is kind of silly- and we met him randomly earlier that afternoon at musicwerks, out of the blue, which was cool...and ive bought a bunch of wonderful little things including a scorpion in glass for 3 dollars (!!!, and they had a real actual BAT in glass for 30 which i really should have purchased, oh well, at this curiousty shop which had a deformed pig in formeldehyde that was very unsettling yet awesome), a postcard of my beloved Kiki de Montparnasse, "adulterer's anonymous" by lydia lunch/exene cervenka, a courtney love biography (in seattle! how lame yet PERFECT hahaha), a magnet of an armidillo, some antique letro-set lettering, a cure video, a cocteau twins DVD, a PIL CD and a used distllers t-shirt from valuevillage...
