Classes & Snow

Guys, I realize I haven't been very active on here for a while.  I hope ya'll understand why.
I'm not gonna promise you that will change, but I will tell you why I'm not on here (just in case you were wondering).  I've been quite busy with work and school, and I know next semester it will be probably be the same.  In fact, come January I will be taking a full load of classes AND trying to work part-time because the dodos at my school won't give me any loans.  Regardless, I will make it.  My purse strings just may be a bit tighter than they have been lately..  I just might transfer to NOVA next fall so I can receive federal student loans!!!  Stupid bureaucracies...

In other news, if ya'll have heard the news about the big storm on the east coast, then you know what's up.  If not, let me try to give you a run down.  Living in Virginia, the weather people forecast that we're getting anywhere from 1' - 2'  (yes, that's FEET!) of snow through Sunday morning.  Isn't that nuts?!?  I haven't seen weather like this in years... probably since I was in high school to be perfectly honest.  In fact, they've even given us a blizzard warning for our area for today.  They're encouraging us not to travel, so that means our Christmas/Yule Party has been canceled, which kinda sucks but oh well.  Seems like every weekend I've had off this month, we've had snow!  Weird. o_0  I hope we'll still have our Winter Solstice celebration on Monday.  Speaking of snow, because of the blizzard-like conditions we're having, I didn't have to take my exam today (yes, I took a Saturday morning math class this semester).  So I dunno when that will be rescheduled.  I guess that means I will have to make a few calls/write a few emails today.

Winter Blessings everyone!  Stay warm & safe. =)
