Dan Delgado and the Case of the Missing Corolla

Okay, who did it? Who took my car? It's hard to believe that anyone would want my 1995 Toyota Corolla. Which I know is not a bad car per se, but that's because you don't know what this car actually looked like. It was a hideous light blue, very faded, with a mismatching dark blue door. Plenty of nicks and dings on it. Full of stuff. Most of it was Rebecca's (Jessica's sister) so no loss there. But still this morning when I headed out the door that ugly eyesore of a car should have been there. I figure there are three possible culprits in this case.

1. Autos 4 Less. The place where I bought the car. It's true, I confess to being late with a payment. But I did make one this week. The check was cashed on Monday or Tuesday and car places aren't all that eager to go around repoing cars.

2. Shadowwood Square. The place I live. These weasels seem like the type who would tow a car just for fun. Second confession, the tag had recently expired. Maybe seeing a car with an expired tag in a guest spot sent someone in such a rage they just had to call a tow truck.

3. A very confused person. This is so unlikely it's probably what happened. Some dope walking down the street decided to steal a car and why not take the ugliest one in Coral Springs? This also makes it unlikely that I'd ever get it back. Bye bye car!

Whatever happened to the faded blue Corolla, I won't rest until I know for sure.
