My Birthday Surprise...
I got home from work last night to see a package on our kitchen table. At a quick glance I thought, "Nope, not for me." But closer inspection showed it was address to Dame Fiona from Squire Ginny. So of course I grabbed it and ran around the house cheering. Carolyn had asked me last week what I wanted and I replied, "I like Mr. Mr., bagels and horses." And that's just what I got! The box included (and I know I'm forgetting a few things):
A stuffed Mr. Mr. horse
A disk of Paragon photos (some of which are just fabulous!)
A CD of Bloody Mary's karaoke mix (the Shrek 2 CD)
The Phantom of the Opera DVD
A HUGE bag of plain bagels
...and my favorite...an engagement ring from Mr. Mr. himself! So yes, it's official, after being together for three and a half years, Menomin Mister Yankee and I are engaged. There will be more details to follow about the wedding.
