Good-Bye

Somehow it's my last day at Wells in 2004. Looking back you could say it was the worst semester of my college career:

Wells went co-ed and the school shut-down under the protests
I had to with drawl from Spanish (that'll look good on a transcript)
I spent too much time in CT and not enough days in NY
"Quiltors" came crashing down around us and divided the whole theatre company
I ended up a victim of a stalker case that took me out of school for two weeks

I know my grades can't be what I'm praying for. I was gone for about 9 weekends in CT and ME instead of being here working. But after all this, I've decided I absolutely love my college. There is just so much strength here and nothing can change that. This semester has meant so much to me because:

For the first time in my life, I have a group of female friends and they are just amazing
Today the students pied three Deans and Gary to celebrate the money raised for a local child
I filled my car to the top with book donation to a children's shelter
Lizzie sat through my entire three hour Stagecraft final tech and run just to be supportive
I was appointed to SAC and Collegiate
Dean Green and Gary sang at Weihnachten
Three of my art pieces were selected for Wells' art show and our sugar ad is going to be submitted for the national Ad One competition
I jousted for the first time and made some amazing friends doing it

I will miss this place so much. But London here I come!
