July 4th I am being transferred to the Hollister at North Star. In the meantime I am working overtime at Gilly and getting that $$, son.
School sucks but my English teacher is really cool.
I just got off work and am getting drunk for the 4th night in a row. It's definately been fun. But I've been alone everynight so it's also been kind of lonely. I guess that's where all the lj'ing comes in. But whatever.
I am really starting to love my coworkers at Gilly/Hollister, however their taste in music is unforgivable. But whatever.
Christine is going to Baylor.. it's crazy. She is entering college as a sophomore off the bat and has been granted 14,000 dollars worth of scholarship and grant money. Amazing. I guess the Festger spawn aren't all drunks afterall... haha. Some of us are going places! She wants to major in biology I believe. Good luck with that... shiiiit.
I hate how all of my friends are in these serious, committed relationships. I guess that is why I am so fond of the people at my job - everybody is single and nobody is getting laid! LOL! It's kind of a nice change of pace, you know? It's refreshing.
As for me, I think I am approaching the three-year mark (or I may have even passed it, who knows?) of being single and I have to say... as much as I love it? It's starting to get a little stale. I am fond of being independant and self-reliant, but I am missing a vital thing in my life that is absolutely vital to human nature - companionship. :( All emo! Ah whatever. It's not like sex isn't available? Because it is in all honesty but as satisfying as it is it doesn't necessarily do it for me anymore. How pathetic is that? Meh...
I'm done lj'ing actually. My mood just went sour on that note and I think I am going to have one more glass then turn on some tunes. I have been OBSESSED with the Lords of Acid lately and I simply must have more. Oh, Deb, you stole my heart!
