Pretty much, the story of Clint in prison, Clint getting out, and Clint, like always, finding his way to SHIELD, and Phil.
Reccer's Notes: I just realized that this, for some reason, wasn't in my bookmarks. I actually read it a while ago and I would swear I bookmarked this with lots of qualifiers like "WARNINGS!!! READ THE TAGS" and "omgholycrap". It's possible, though, that I meant to, but it required enough exclamation points that I left it for later and forgot. So, yes: first (main) fic - which is what the link leads to - is exceptional but, wow, do not be taking the warnings lightly on this one and it's not a good one for a tender mental condition. It's a hell of a lot better in the end, but, by god, you pay to get there. In spades. On a completely different note, the crossover aspect works quite well.
There is also a 7,300 word sequel now which I've yet to read. While I expect it will also be excellent, it was just posted a week ago (and was how I realized I hadn't bookmarked or recced the first) and I haven't made it that far yet.

Reccer's Notes: Another one with a recent sequel that I haven't read yet. This one begins after recent revelations on Agents of Shield and goes from there. Features a Phil who isn't nearly as close to Clint as fics generally begin with the asusmption of, and it lays the foundation for a unique take on the two of them. Features appearances by the cast of AoS, much of the movieverse, and bonus Deadpool. (eta: I can wholeheartedly recommend the sequel as well now! A sidebar, taking place during the first fic. Features Agent Ward of AoS and Wade Wilson, aka Deadpool.)

Reccer's Notes: A complete AU as the summary says with excellent world building. A really enjoyable read.

Reccer's Notes: Essentially 2 fics in one tale - the first two, shorter fics, are Stiles at the SGC. Not an AU, this is a futurefic. The last, longer fic is the same storyline, but focuses on John and Rodney with Stiles and Derek making an appearance in one scene; John and Rodney are at the end of their full time careers on Atlantis, looking at retirement and handing over the reins to the city. It's the strongest portion of the series, thus I'm putting it in the non-Teen Wolf post.
