Introduction
So, yea...I'm going to try this LiveJournal thing out.
Looking forward to spring break coming up. Not exactly excited about finals week. Have a final in European Civ on Monday, a take-home final for Art History due Thursday, and a Calculus final on Friday. I fly out at 8:40pm from Midway, arriving in Norfolk at 11:35pm. And I'm going to sit on my ass for 8 days. Just chilling with family and friends, eating good, reading, and sleeping a lot.
Damn you espn.com...the bane of my existence. I swear college basketball is the equivalent of crack cocaine on the addiction scale. When I go to "just check the scores", I find myself 45 minutes later checking the free-throws made per 40 minutes of some random junior college player. It's ridiculous. Old things like AIM and thefacebook.com are not a problem. It's sports that have my hooked. And I don't even have a TV. I have watched MAYBE 30 minutes of TV in the last 10 weeks (excluding the Super Bowl). But I see that as a good thing.
I just called "my boy" Trey and asked what he is doing tonight, to which he replied: "Me and my other niggas are going to the casino, then hitin' up 2 strip clubs, followed by some liquor and copious amounts of hash". I love having gangsta friends who are also pulling 3.8's in Econ. Glorious.
