Remembering the old days (no, i am not that old)

Usually, fanfiction that i read at the start of obssessing over a fandom would influence the pairing that i like.
Slam Dunk was the start of my shonen ai liking. At that time, i was all for Hanamichi/Haruko, me being all het pairing liking and such. Internet then pushed me to yaoi. At that time, i would read anything because i have absolutely no preferences. Angst, humor, gen, romance, fantasy, i read them all. Threesome, twosome, onesome, anysome, i did not care as long as there is something to read. Then, unfortunately, i had to go and develop preferences. Ruhana occupied the seat at my favourite shonen ai pairing and i cannot read senru, senhana, senhanaru, well, you get the idea. There was a period of time where i became totally adverse to any pairing that has more then two people-threesomes, foursomes and such. Now, i am over that period but i am still devoted to ruhana. ^_^
Anyway, Pokemon came up. At first, Ash/Misty appealed to me. Alas, slash influence reared its head and made me go into Ash/Gary fandom...
Cardcaptor Sakura, oh thank God, i fawn over Syaoran/Sakura and still am devoted to the pairing...though i am also leaning over to Eriol/Syaran(twitch). At least i still love Sakura/Syaoran...
CyberTeam in Akihabara, the first anime that made me cry. You are one of the most beautiful anime out there. I will forever love the prince and the redhead pairing, especially because i did not read any fanfiction about you. I wish i can watch you again.
Twin signal too. I would love watching you again. Signal and the black haired robot (Signal's brother) is a pairing that is already obvious in the show. Too bad the only fic read about them is an angst one. (sigh)
Haunted Junction...i will have to watch you again to remember what i want to say.
Yugioh. I started off by reading YY. I had even read it before knowing who they are because at then, i had not watched the show yet. I obssessed over RB momentarily; i like it now but not as much (obssessed) as before. SJ creeped up on me, as well as otogi/honda.
Beyblade, well, i will never stray from Kaityson and Reimax. ^_^
Gundam Wing. I saw it a couple of times when i was really really young-when i did not even know the existance of Internet. Heero/Relena was my, what they call it, OTP. Then after a few years later, i read Heero/Duo. I was converted. I cannot even look at Heero/Reena fics and i have not even read them at all!
Ranma 1/2. (snorts) Once a Ranma/Akane, now a Ranma/Ryoga fan. At least i can still like Ranma/Akane but not very much.
Naruto. Sasunaru started to gnaw at my mind even before i read fanfiction. Kakairu started...i cannot remember if it was before or after fanfiction.
Fullmetal Alchemist. I have never watched the anime but i have read the manga. Royed would be my favoutite and no else. If you are not a convert yet, go read sky_dark 's " Roy Mustang, The sex ed teacher. After gobbling up most of the Royed's fics in Touka Koukan, i am permanently stuck as a fan of this pairing but i still have an occasional urge to read Envyed. Tsk, Tsk, i am becoming non committed
Shaman King. Yohanna, yohren, Haohoro, Fausteliza are my favourite pairings in this anime but i do not mind the rest. I am still trying to convince myself to read Hororen. Come on, just because you start off with yohren fics and got stuck likeing it does not mean you cannot read the rest of the fics out there. Curse my hate changes mindset. Yup, because the first shaman king fic that i read was yohren, i fell in love with the pairing or was it before i read fanfiction? I honestly cannot remember.
Hikaru no Go. Akihika, wayaisumi, Kaga/Tsuisui and the white haired one (Kashiro)being paired up with the short snotty prideful bespectacled one(Ochi).
D.Gray.Man. Kanda/allen. See any parallels with Hikaru no Go (giggles)
Death Note. L/Raito and perhaps Neil/Mello. Again the parallelism.
