I have a concern:
I don't have to tell you that the world is in a sad state. People are going hungry do to increased inflation. Wars are being waged by the power elite. Crime is increasing. Violence is being sold as a way of life by the media in movies and video games. People in general are suffering worldwide. pray for a better world, peace, and to overcome the violence and oppression.
We have a choice between Love and Fear. I have been afraid, fearful of the future for my country, and fearful of a world ruled by terror. I am sick of being afraid! It is time to change things. I have decided to dedicate a part of every day to holding my concerns in the Light. (Holding in the Light is a Quaker term for prayer.) I am asking you to pray according to your heart for good, peace, and love. Let the change come to us and transform our world by the spirit of Love instead of fear. Pray for a better world, for peace, and to end violence and oppression.
