Beaches, Waves, Seashells
Today's Friday the 13th.
But once again, it was a good day for me. We went down to the beach this afternoon. Stayed 3 hours or so, took pictures. I might post some here when I'm done uploading. I took a LOT as it was particularly nice down there today -- brilliant sunshine and we still have the 6 foot waves, courtesy of storms/tsunamis in the South Pacific {that's according to the weatherman}. They arrive here in a toned down yet still powerful manner, crashing against our shores causing surfers to call in sick at work. I don't blame them. If I had been born here, I'd be a surfer too. I've always loved the ocean and everything related. Today I brought back 2 really nice seashells to remember this day. They've been shampooed and watered and are now sitting on the window sill. Shiny! =)
