Lookit what I got! XD
Just bought a few of these as a sort of pick me up for the past few weeks. I had some money roll over the total of my tuition, so I had it set to my school account. Which, of course, can be used at the school store. ^_^ The school store has Copics.
I couldn't resist it. I picked up twelve to mess around with this weekend and see how I like 'em, then I'll be heading back for more. The wonderful part is that I can't really feel guilty about buying them, because I can use them for school projects, which I'm sure I'll get plenty of use out of. And considering I'll be trying to get into some illustration courses next semester, I'll consider it materials preparation.
As I slowly continue to pick up colors, expect more marker stuffs. Of course nothing will replace Photoshop for me, can't beat the price of the colors you just pick from a menu, but there is something nice about real life media that I've been meaning to take advantage of.
