I love how angst-free this is! I can relax while reading and just be happy for Ianto and Jack when they're happy - and moderately worried when something bad happens, while knowing there's a happy ending awaiting... Good for reducing stress.

I've got one small complaint though. Ianto and Jack seem to have opinions! *gasp* In the first part, Ianto was like "Female circumcision? Fine by me" (though he seemed to somewhat change his mind). And in this part, Jack's opinion on vegetarianism seemed to be: "No use trying to be more eco-friendly/ethical, if you're not gonna go ALL the way!" I think that when characters have strong opinions and the reader disagrees with them, it sort of puts them off the happy happy lovey-dovey look-I'm-reading-without-my-brain mood. However, I'm not sure if you're even trying to achieve pure romance novel fluffiness or if it's your intention to add some commentary.

Also, while I found Jack's opinion on vegetarianism somewhat annoying and childish, he certainly can be annoying on the show too! So actually, he's quite in-character ;) *goes to read the next part*
