And, heh, edging. I've been edging the romance novel for over a year now. That's a bit much!

I....hadn't thought of that. Not sure it fits, but then it's fairly free-for-all? Just feels kinda like a cheat, bringing in a WIP.

Also, the "messy sandwiches" prompt obviously calls for a threesome. OH WAIT! I've got one coming up!

No the point was that I needed a deadline and people to force me to meet it. There were no convenient fests, so here we are. So it's basically us all forcing ourselves to do this. Minimum is 10K, and you have to include messy sandwiches, which can be a one liner, a whole scene full of them, a partial scene, or as my mother brought up, a messy sex sandwich, if you are so inclined.

Well, what I have are three (maybe four) interlinked stories, and I did plan to de-joss one of the earlier ones and repost the whole series. It's at least 10k of new writing, likely around 25,000 words. I wanted to post them serially first. Messy sandwiches would make it in there somehow, yeah.

The idea of being forced to do this because it's an informal comm type of thing is seriously appealing. Will think on it.

Yuppers, and some us are sharing our docs as we write (like our mutual friend), and while we're not betaing, just having someone read your progress is pretty awesome. Crue is surprisingly a great cheerleader.
