Ahhh, I love your cooking posts. And no, I don't think anything can be bad fried with cream. You pretty much covered everything that makes food automatically good. Besides, it's tomatoes! I love all things tomato as well.

OMG, when it gets warm out and we get the grill down to this house, I'm TOTALLY going to grill a pizza crust. That sounds so good. Especially with nom toppings like those, but our toppings will probably be a bit more standard (as I have everyone else in the house to think of, and they're less adventurous than myself).

I have a feeling I shall be experimenting more w/ tomatoes soon! Tomatoes make everything better. When I was younger I didn't use to like tomatoes. I don't know what was wrong w/ me. Now I love them!

Good luck w/ grilling the pizzas! You'll have to report how they turn out. I think that website had some additional pizza recipes...

Hey, I just pulled a big spread on tomatoes and tomato recipes including a buyer's guide to every tomato in the universe out of a mag for you!

Soon, I am making snails and mushrooms in herbed cream.

Yay, tomatoes! Oh, I'm excited for that. Though I have to admit that you did hit upon one thing that I don't want to taste fried and covered w/ cream: snails.

Thanks so much for these recipes! :D

I am having trouble sleeping, I keep thinking about those tomatoes!

How did the nectarine pizza taste?

A. We will definitely make tomatoes next weekend.

B. The nectarine pizza -- it was actually difficult to taste the nectarine. I think I should have layered more on, but I had covered the pizza and stopped, even though I still had nectarine left. What the fruit did, though, was to counteract some of the saltiness of the cheeses and the prosciutto. It was a very interesting pizza, I would say good, but I did like the eggplant one better.

A. EXCELLENT!

B. Pizza is rarely really bad, huh? Best pizza I ever had was the Tricolore (mozzarella and bresaola, with arugula and shaved parmesan added after it's cooked) at CIBO in Phoenix. Mmmm!

You could totally make the pear and leek chicken and divide into lunch portions! I took the leftovers of that into work. Yummers! I also PDF-ed the cupcake recipe (the others are in those links) and will send out tomorrow (it's on the work computer).

as I sit here eating my tomato-less chili (I am so brainless sometimes) I'm reading over the pear and leek thing and planning for my next shopping trip. Hopefully that trip I'll REMEMBER the tomatoes, and not have to add ketchup and salsa in their stead :)

I might try it with the cranberry chutney that needs to be used up. that could be a good combo...

mmmmm.... foood.... LOL.
