OMG, when it gets warm out and we get the grill down to this house, I'm TOTALLY going to grill a pizza crust. That sounds so good. Especially with nom toppings like those, but our toppings will probably be a bit more standard (as I have everyone else in the house to think of, and they're less adventurous than myself).

Good luck w/ grilling the pizzas! You'll have to report how they turn out. I think that website had some additional pizza recipes...

How did the nectarine pizza taste?

B. The nectarine pizza -- it was actually difficult to taste the nectarine. I think I should have layered more on, but I had covered the pizza and stopped, even though I still had nectarine left. What the fruit did, though, was to counteract some of the saltiness of the cheeses and the prosciutto. It was a very interesting pizza, I would say good, but I did like the eggplant one better.

B. Pizza is rarely really bad, huh? Best pizza I ever had was the Tricolore (mozzarella and bresaola, with arugula and shaved parmesan added after it's cooked) at CIBO in Phoenix. Mmmm!
