I don't know why they are so damn expensive, though! Seriously, four or five times the cost of the fake stuff, and for fewer colors, and the food doesn't take it as well. Chemicals, yo. At least w/ red, you can make it cheaply yourself w/ beet juice, though I haven't got off my ass to do it myself yet...

I should call that cupcake Famous Blue Cupcake! I went w/ Awesomecakes for the name of my cupcake business, as I didn't think outsiders would really get why I wanted to call it Famous Blue Cupcakes, but this particular cupcake? Yeah, it can totally be the Famous Blue Cupcake, triple meaning!
