Okay, peeps, long time no post. But today is National Cupcake Day, and though this isn't a *real* update post, b/c I'm still not done w/ that thing what I should have been done w/ weeks ago, I have to celebrate the day! So have some pics, and eat a cupcake. I have pumpkin in the oven RIGHT NOW!! I'm about to eat a vanilla chocolate chip RIGHT

That IS candied ginger! I make chocolate orange ginger, inspired by Green & Black's Maya Gold chocolate bar. And do you mean the chocolate peanut butter cupcakes? Mmmmm!

Yum. I was going to make a batch today - we call them muffins - instead I got tied up with doing something else.
I'll make several batches tomorrow. It's something I do at Christmas time. Make muffins and share them around the neighbours.
